High School - JV - Junior (Middle School)
Company M All Stars is an elite competitive dance team program designed for dedicated dancers who want to push their training to the next level. Our program focuses on jazz, pom, and hip hop, preparing athletes for high school dance teams, collegiate dance programs, and advanced performance opportunities.
This all-star program brings together talented dancers from multiple studios and schools across Southwest Michigan who share the same passion for dance and team performance. Company M dancers train together while continuing to grow within their own home studios, creating a unique opportunity to expand skills, build connections, and gain high-level competitive experience.
Our teams compete November through January, allowing dancers to participate without interfering with their regular studio season while still experiencing a highly competitive all-star environment.
Age Divisions
Company M All Stars offers teams for dancers at multiple stages of development:
High School Team
Grades 9–12
JV Team
Grades 9–12 (developmental level)
Junior Team (Middle School)
Grades 6–8
Mini Elite
Grades 4–5 (audition required)
Mini
Grades 1–3 (no audition required)
Auditions are required for High School, JV, and Junior teams.
Dancers are placed on teams based on age, experience, and skill level to ensure the best possible team growth and training environment.

Training Requirements
To maintain strong technical development, Company M dancers must continue training at their home studio.
Requirement:
Dancers must take at least one ballet or jazz class at their home studio in addition to Company M training. This ensures dancers maintain proper technique while developing advanced performance and team skills through the All Star program.
Recruitment & Collegiate Opportunities
For dancers interested in continuing dance beyond high school, Company M provides a pathway toward collegiate dance programs.
Recruitment Bonus:
Company M coaches actively work with college dance coaches and programs to help dancers gain visibility, attend auditions, and explore opportunities to dance at the collegiate level.

Our program operates independently and is not affiliated with any single studio, allowing dancers from all training backgrounds to participate.
