It’s no surprise that Abbi and Kaylee are truly loved by the dancers they coach.

Coach Abbigayle "Abbi" began her dance journey at the age of three, demonstrating an early passion and talent for the dance performance. She trained extensively at Dance Trilogy, where her mother was part owner, and honed her skills across various dance styles under the guidance of esteemed coaches. After her time at Dance Trilogy, she continued to pursue her dance passion at the collegiate level, dancing for Davenport University’s national winning dance team. Abbi’s time with Davenport University allowed her to further refine technique and showcase abilities in a competitive collegiate environment.
Throughout her career, she has achieved being named a Top All-American NDA dancer 4 years in a row, and as an all-American freshman. All-American nominations are earned by dancers who exemplify all the qualities of the Merit Ribbons such as technical excellence, superior showmanship and spirit with the additional characteristics of a leader. The All-America designation is an annual honor bestowed upon an outstanding athlete from the United States who considered to be one of the best athletes in their sport. In addition to her collegiate experience, she was also a member of the Galaxy Dance Team. Abbi is super excited to be coaching Company M!

Coach Kaylee is a dynamic dancer, choreographer, and coach from Grand Rapids. Kaylee’s dance journey began early, and since then, she has immersed herself in a wide range of styles and education including a minor in dance. Her extensive training includes work with renowned instructors such as Amy Avery, Eun-Kyung Chung, Terk Lewis, Seyong Kim, Kelsey Paschich, Carsen Rowe, TRIBE 99, Julian DeGuzman, José “Hollywood” Ramos, Kira DiMartino, Lianna Norris, and many others.
As a competitive dancer, Kaylee dominated the dance scene, earning accolades at numerous regional and national competitions. Her journey through competition was not just about technique, but also about building leadership and determination. At Grandville High School, she was an integral part of the Varsity Dance Team, serving as captain.
Kaylee’s college years were equally eventful, where she danced for the WMU Dance Team and competed at the NDA College Nationals in Daytona. Her hard work and dedication earned her the "Rising Star" award during her rookie season. Her leadership caught the attention of the National Dance Alliance (NDA), where she was invited to join the staff at NDA College Summer Camps. Kaylee’s commitment to personal growth continues as she pursues a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.
Now, as a coach, Kaylee is dedicated to guiding dancers to new heights. She believes in fostering not only technical excellence but also building confidence, discipline, and success in all areas of life!
