Drop-Ins & Audition Information

Whether you're preparing for auditions or simply looking for extra training, Company M All Stars offers optional drop-in clinics and team auditions each spring and summer. These sessions are a great opportunity to sharpen your technique, learn our style, and get ready for the upcoming season.

We look forward to helping YOU reach your full potential!

Drop-In Training

Our Drop-In Clinics are open to dancers looking for additional training, expertise coaching or preparation for auditions. Drop-ins are open to everyone regardless of skill level or location.


Ages: 10+

Cost: $15 per class (pay at the door), no need to register for drop-in

Private Training

Join us for additional training clinics or privates! These private sessions are open to anyone and are a great way to prepare for the upcoming season.

What to Wear to Auditions

  • Solid colored shorts and top or leotard

  • Hair in a bun

  • Turning shoes

  • Bring any additional footwear needed for tricks or skills

What to Expect at Auditions

Dancers will participate in:

  • A 45-second choreography combination

  • Technique evaluation

  • Across the floor progressions

  • Opportunity to demonstrate tricks or specialty skills

Skills to Work Toward Before Auditions

While not required, dancers are encouraged to practice and develop the following skills:

Flexibility

  • Right & Left Flat Splits


Turns

  • Double Pirouette

  • Triple Pirouette

  • Turns in Second


Jumps / Leaps

  • Toe Touch

  • Center Jump

  • Calypso

  • Turning or Flying Disk (Straddle in the air out of a turn)


Acro / Tricks

  • Head Spring

  • Kip Up
